Payment at the Venue/Late Registration:
ABN Global Event request payments for the conference to be made and confirmed received prior to the arrival of the participant. Availability of conference materials cannot be guaranteed for persons making payment at the venue. Participants are encouraged to get confirmation from the organisers where there will be delay in prior payments.
Registration ends TBA 2019; payments received after this date will be subject to a surcharge/additional $100 administrative fee. If you register by bank transfer please ensure you clearly write your names as it appeared in your international passport as your reference. Bring along with you the proof of payment to the venue of the conference.
Registrations and profile updates for speakers and award recipients must be completed by 31st December 2018 to ensure inclusion in the WAF 2019 & Awards conference booklet.
Delegates are expected to secure their visa and other travel documents. Delegates from countries requiring visa to enter Nigeria must complete their registration at least 30 days before the conference date to enable them apply for visa early enough and avoid logistics challenges. However WAF travels partners, can assist on request; terms and conditions apply. Note that ABN Global Events/WAF does not interfere in the business process and administration of our agents. In the event that a participant is unable to attend as a result of non-timely or non-issuance of visa or any other travel documents it would be considered as a cancellation and as such payment will not be refunded. Such a participant would be required to make full payment to attend next WAF & Awards
Hotel Accommodation/Tours & Sight-seeing/Airport Transfers/Shopping and Transport Support Services:
Participants are responsible for their transport, tours and accommodation. However official Logistics, Accommodation & Transport Partner to WAF 2019 & Awards can assist on request. Note that administrative fee to the agents apply. Contact us for details.

ABN Global Events reserves the right to alter the Women Advancement Forum timing, fee, date, content, sessions, and speakers
Personal data is gathered before, during and after the conference. This information is held on a data and may on occasion be made available to third parties for marketing purposes. We are sorry for any inconveniences this might cause you.
In the unlikely event that the Women Advancement Forum has to be postponed or cancelled, ABN Global Events is not liable for any travel, visa fees and accommodation costs incurred by delegates in connection with their registration. ABN Global Events cannot accept liability for any loss, cost or expense suffered or incurred by any person arising from reason of war, including threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorism and threats thereof, natural disaster, weather, fire, flood, drought, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates in connection with the conference, non provision of services provided by hotel companies or transport/tour operators, industrial disputes, government action, regulations, or technical problems which may affect the services provided in connection with the event.
Where payment has already been made no refund will be given on cancellations, but a substitute delegate can be named and there is no extra fee for this. Payment could be be moved to next conference. There will be no transfer of payment for cancellations or postponement.
